Shipping and Delivery Times
What are the shipping costs?
For orders up to €40, the shipping costs within Germany are €3.99 for up to 1 kg, and €4.99 for over 1 kg.
For orders above €40, shipping within Germany is free.
The shipping costs for international orders are calculated automatically based on the cart value and the weight.

What shipping methods are available?
We offer shipping via DHL and Deutsche Post International. Deliveries to packing stations are also possible.
When will my order be delivered?
Your order will be delivered on weekdays between 08:00 and 18:00, except on Sundays and public holidays.
How long does the delivery take?
Unless otherwise specified in the respective offer, delivery within Germany takes 3-5 days, and international deliveries take 7-10 days after the contract conclusion (for prepayment after receipt of your payment).
Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays. If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one combined delivery unless otherwise agreed. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time.
Can I track my order?
Yes, that's possible. You will receive the tracking number for your order via email along with the shipping confirmation.
Where can I find my tracking number?
To view your tracking number, please log in to your user account and go to "My Orders." The tracking number will be displayed there, and you can switch directly to the DHL website to track the status of your shipment.
Which shipping providers will my order be shipped with?
Within Germany, shipping is exclusively done via DHL. For international deliveries, postal services and DHL are used.
Can I have my order delivered to a Packstation?
Yes, deliveries to Packstations are possible with our parcel service.
What is a DHL Packstation?
A DHL Packstation allows you to pick up, frank, or send packages at any time, independent of your post office's opening hours. This service is only available in Germany. For each order, you can choose whether your package should be delivered to a Packstation or directly to your address in our online shop. A short registration with DHL Paket is required.
Can I have the order sent to a different delivery address?
Yes, you can specify an alternative delivery address, including DHL Packstations. Simply provide your desired delivery address when placing the order. After completing the purchase, it is technically not possible to change the delivery address.
The shipping cost calculation is only available when you have items in your cart.
