PayPal-Plus

As part of the PayPal Plus service, we offer various payment methods. After completing your order, you will be redirected to the PayPal website, where you can enter your payment information and confirm your payment to PayPal. This will conclude the contract with us.

Direct Debit *VIA PAYPAL, BUT ALSO POSSIBLE WITHOUT A PAYPAL ACCOUNT*:

Payment by direct debit is offered exclusively for customers in Germany as part of the PayPal Plus program. Credit checks are conducted by PayPal, and the payment can be processed without a PayPal account. By choosing direct debit, you authorize PayPal to withdraw the amount from your specified bank account.

PayPal uses SEPA direct debit in Germany. SEPA (Single Euro Payments Area) is an initiative of the EU Commission and European banks to make payments more efficient. When you add a bank account as a payment source, you grant PayPal a SEPA direct debit mandate. In your PayPal account profile, you can access this mandate and its reference number (MRN) and revoke it for future transactions.

In the case of a returned direct debit that you did not initiate, you authorize PayPal to attempt another direct debit if the outstanding amount has not been settled by other means.

If a direct debit fails, you authorize PayPal to charge your credit card or another bank account linked to PayPal for the amount and any fees for the failed direct debit. PayPal will inform you of the payment source used during the payment process.

A direct debit payment may be subject to a security check. If risks are identified, or if there is reason to believe an increased risk exists, PayPal may not immediately complete the payment to the recipient and will conduct a payment review.

PayPal uses the following main parameters to assess risk for direct debit payments:

– Risk of insufficient funds,

– Risk of unauthorized payments,

– Risk of incorrect bank account details.

If you already have a PayPal account, you can pay as usual with your balance, direct debit, or stored credit cards. Your payment will be booked immediately, allowing us to ship your order quickly.

Prepayment-Transfer:

After placing your order, you will receive an invoice via email with our bank details. The advantage of a bank transfer is that no sensitive credit card information needs to be transmitted. After receiving the payment, the order will be shipped promptly, typically within 2 to 4 days. If no payment is received within 14 days, we reserve the right to cancel your order.
